IMPORTANT TIP FOR LOGGING INTO THE NEW CAYETANO PAYMENT PORTAL

Previously, on the old online borrower portal or on the payment app, your username used to be your BORROWER NUMBER.

On the NEW borrower portal, your username is your ACCOUNT ID - your current loan account number. Your PIN (or password) has not changed.

You can find your ACCOUNT ID on the monthly statement you receive in the mail on the top right-hand corner, under PAYMENT INFORMATION. It is the alphanumeric value to the right of Loan Account:
