Current mobile app

The current app will stop working on July 13. The new portal works in any browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.)

Payment processing

Important payment updates

To align with mortgage industry best practices, some fees will be handled directly by our payment processor.

Updated transaction fees

Effective July 13, 2026. For 95% of borrowers, debit card fees will be lower than the $30 previously charged.

1.5% + $0.15
Per transaction. Usually lower than previous fees.
Automatic payments (ACH)
No charge
AutoPay remains free for borrowers.
One-time ACH
$0.50
One-time fee per transaction.

Credit card payments

Starting July 13, 2026, credit card payments will no longer be accepted.

We believe paying debt with debt is not a sustainable practice for our families.

Accepted payment methods: ACH · Debit card · Checks & money orders · CheckFree at HEB and Walmart.
