Important payment updates
To align with mortgage industry best practices, some fees will be handled directly by our payment processor.
Updated transaction fees
Effective June 15, 2026. For 95% of borrowers, debit card fees will be lower than the $30 previously charged.
Credit card payments
Starting June 15, 2026, credit card payments will no longer be accepted.
We believe paying debt with debt is not a sustainable practice for our families.
