Full-Time Bilingual Sales Representative

We're hiring an Onsite Bilingual Sales Representative for a sales and service hybrid role. This role is for someone who genuinely cares for the people that make up our community. We hire for attitude, honesty, and integrity above all else. We are willing to train the right person.

On this role you will:

• Meet with buyers onsite at our sales center

• Educate customers on homesite ownership and financing options

• Build trust through clear communication and follow-up

• Guide buyers through the initial application and closing process

• Always deliver a high level customer experience

What we are looking for:

• Fully Bilingual (Spanish/English)

• Strong background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales

• Relationship-driven personality

• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated

• Superior organization skills

• MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook and computer skills

• Comfortable working weekends

• Coachable and team oriented
