Full-Time or Part-Time Administrative Clerk
Fort Worth, Texas
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team. This individual is the first point of contact for clients and supports daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical work, customer support, and project coordination. Some Saturdays required.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and ensure they sign in
Manage incoming calls
Manage sales team calendars
Call customers to confirm appointments
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
File and maintain records, both electronic and paper
Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
Coordinate projects as assigned by management
Assist with running onsite and offsite administrative errands as needed
Experience
1+ years of experience in a receptionist, clerical, or customer service role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot) a plus
Qualifications
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Bilingual (Spanish/English) would be a plus
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and background check required
