Full-Time Administrative Clerk

Austin, Texas

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical work, customer support, and project coordination. Some Saturdays required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department

  • Greet visitors and ensure they sign in and out of the building

  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

  • File and maintain records, both electronic and paper

  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness

  • Coordinate projects as assigned by management

  • Assist with running errands as needed

Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in a assistant or clerical role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Education

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
